Request Medical Records
There are two different ways to request your medical records from Barrett Hospital & HealthCare:
Obtaining Your Medical Records In-Person
If you are over the age of 18, you may obtain a copy of your medical records by calling the Medical Records department at:

The department is open in the hospital Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please remember, identification must be provided when records are picked up.
A parent's or legal guardian's signature is required to obtain medical records for any patient under the age of 18. Also, in order to obtain a copy of your records, an authorization form is needed.

Accessing Your Medical Records Online
Access to your electronic medical records is available through Barrett Hospital & HealthCare’s patient portal, known as MyChart. MyChart is an online tool offered by most Epic healthcare organizations that gives patients secure access to the same medical records your provider uses and provides convenient self-service functions that reduce costs and increase patient satisfaction. With MyChart, you can view your medical history and test results, message your healthcare provider, manage your appointments and request prescription refills -- all from your smartphone or computer.
